Activision Is Already Pulling Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Maps Because of Terrible Spawns

Modern Warfare 3 is out today, November 10, and already Activision has had to pull various multiplayer maps out of the game because of spawn points that were causing absolute carnage.
