Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Campaign ‘Disc Required’ Error Asks for MW2 PS4 Disc [Update]

Activision has released an update that addresses an issue where the Modern Warfare 3 campaign displays an error to some PlayStation 5 players that, bizarrely, asks for the PlayStation 4 disc of last year's Modern Warfare 2.
